School and studio portraits usually belong to the photographer rather than the family. If one of yours came from a professional, ask them first — most say yes to a single keepsake.

An order that includes an Illuminated Tribute ships complete, in one box, once the tribute is ready — about 2 to 4 weeks from payment. Anything else in the same order waits and ships with it.
You pay when you place the order. Lise then lays out the full piece around your photographs and emails it to you. Reply to approve it, or to ask for changes — changes are expected, and nothing is printed until you approve. If you decide not to go ahead before printing begins, the tribute is refunded.
